Design Engineer·open to new roles

I design it,then I ship it.

A designer who learned to build and shipped real products end to end, alone.
I live in the space between Figma and production.

About

A designer who refused to stop at the handoff.

I started in UX/UI: flows, research, pixel-level interface work. The more I designed, the more I wanted to shape what actually reached people. So I learned to build.

Over the last months I went all in and designed and engineered entire products, alone and in production: voice input, real-time sync, auth, GDPR, push. That's the range I want to keep using, designing the product and building it together with a team.

Based in Munich. Working in German and English. Happiest with a hard interface problem and a blank file.

01

Design that can't ship isn't finished.

I don't hand off and hope. I take an idea through research, interface and production code until it works in someone's hands.

02

Taste is the differentiator.

Anyone can wire up a component. Knowing why a layout breathes, when motion earns its place and where to stop: that's the craft I obsess over.

03

AI is a power tool, not the work.

I build with Claude Code daily. It multiplies output, but judgement, structure and quality stay mine to own.

Selected work

Things I designed, and most of them I built.

A short arc: from building a product end to end, to high-stakes operational UX, back to where the craft began.

UNLOAD

Voice-first PWA for mental load

A voice-first app that makes invisible mental load visible, and lighter. You just talk, and it sorts tasks, appointments and shopping for two-person households automatically. Designed and built end to end in two months, solo, with Claude Code.

  • Product strategy, UX & full visual design, from blank canvas to shipped product
  • Whole frontend: ~11k lines, installable PWA, real-time sync between partners
  • Voice → Whisper → Claude → structured tasks, plus a fairness-aware dashboard
  • Auth, GDPR flows, push notifications, MFA. Production-grade, not a prototype

Dispatch System

Operations software for a Munich chauffeur service

The dispatch backbone for a premium chauffeur service in Munich: assigning drivers, rides and vehicles in real time under pressure. My main project as a product designer: turning a dense, high-stakes operational workflow into something dispatchers can read at a glance.

  • End-to-end UX: research, flows, information architecture for live dispatching and master data management
  • High-density UI that stays calm under load, built for speed and scannability
  • Design system for the operations team: states, edge cases, real-time feedback

DeStar Freight

Bilingual operations platform for a freight forwarder

The internal operations system of a freight forwarding company, designed and built myself and in daily use since spring 2026. Ten modules in one fully bilingual English and Chinese interface, from shipment tracking to tariffs.

  • Designed and built the whole system: Next.js frontend, Supabase data layer, auth and roles
  • Operations board that follows every shipment from booking request to invoicing, with live filters and status pipeline
  • Job initiation with margin tracking and approval workflow, plus tariff library, customers and suppliers

Foundations

Where the craft started

UX / UI Design · From my UX training

A personal finance app concept, one of my first end-to-end UX/UI projects, from user flows to a polished interface. Where I learned to think in systems.

UX / UI Design · From my UX training

A language-learning app concept focused on habit and recall. Early work, included to show the starting line of the craft.

The craft

Same person. Both sides.

Most teams hand a design to someone else to build. I do both, so nothing is lost in translation. Hover the panel: the blueprint becomes the shipped product, right under your cursor.
